Welcome to Brothers of Paul

Welcome to Brothers of Paul©, a site dedicated to building up men of God to be leaders at home, church, and work! As men, we have an amazing example of what it means to be a Godly man when we look at the Apostle Paul. Paul began his life as a man named Saul whom hated, persecuted, and even murdered Christians. After a face to face encounter with Jesus, on his way to Damascas, his life was forever changed, so much in fact, that his name was changed to Paul.

What to Expect

Brothers of Paul© was created to allow men to build eachother up and grow nearer to the Lord. Daily, men face Battles that look to take our focus away from the Lord. We have provided some scriptural references that speak to these different battles as well as sermons from some of the nation's top pastors.

We also want to give men the opportunity to pray for each other. Our Prayer page allows men to reach out to each other and make prayer requests and also respond to others' prayers.

Tune In

Stay connected to Brothers of Paul© to keep up with the new features. New features are in the works, and will be coming soon. Look out for: user accounts, user-to-user praying, user specific scripture references, and much more. If you have any suggestions of what you would like to see here at Brothers of Paul© please let us know.

Diversity Matters

This past semester, I took a course on the importance of multicultural interaction. This is a video that summarizes some of the things I learned throughout the semester! I hope you enjoy it!

Feature: What We Believe

Since we are new, we wanted to take a chance to let everyone know what it is that we believe here at Brothers of Paul©. In case there are any questions, Pastor Mark Driscoll does a great job of putting it into words.

One God

We believe in one God, the almighty, omniscient, omnipresent Abba Father; spoken creator of all things seen and unseen, initiator of time, and designer of man in His own image, and in woman as the suitable helper for man.

Satan and Savior

We believe in Satan, the originator of Sin and manipulator of humankind such that we are born into sin and incapable of living without it, saved only by Jesus of Nazareth, who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, and sent by God as His only Son that was the same substance of the Father, perfect and blameless without sin; a teacher and a prophet, who was falsely punished, abused, crucified, and buried under Pontius Pilate. On the third day he arose from the dead as the Messiah, Christ, atoning for our sins and freely granting forgiveness to His children. He stands as the bridegroom, serving His bride, the church, as an example of the marriage covenant.

Trinity

We believe in the Holy Spirit, the Lord and giver of life and essence of the Father and Son, breathed down at Pentecost as our mediator for Christ, empowering the one holy and apostolic church, inspiring the scripture, lived individually, but experienced in community through one baptism for remission of sins and the sharing of the Lordís Table.

Salvation

We believe in one salvation, through Jesus Christ, who will resurrect the dead to eternal life in His kingdom that has no end.
